You ABSOLUTELY did the right thing.
A young man in our community was recently arrested for tampering with evidence when he tried to swallow a joint he was smoking when the police officer pulled him over. The young man "really thinks" pot should be legal, as if that will matter to a judge. The pot possession itself would probably have been a misdemeanor, but he's facing a felony for the tampering with evidence charge. Though your friend thought he could "just throw it out the window" my guess is that if the same cop pulled y'all over, the tampering with evidence charge would have landed on you as well.
You made the good, but unfortunately at times, hard choice.
Well done!!!!
What's good ? OIL!

Might not be as healthy but it's GOOD![]()
This fryer is not bad as far as messThe biggest issue I have with deep frying is the absolute mess it makes if you do it with the countertop fryer like what's in your pic, I think an air fryer would be a lot easier to clean up of nothing else.
Also, it's quite a lot of oil to use for a couple meals.
resting arrest, disobeying an [lawful] order, tampering with evidence, and many more are often bullshit charges tacked on to make an arrest look stronger. often, a good lawyer can get that stuff stripped off in good order. officer tackles you, and you tensed? that's resisting! sorry, autonomous reflex. like breathing. gone.
my favorite tampering with evidence: a guy selling rock, had helium balloons in his vehicle with the rocks attached. he also had a moon roof. opened the roof, shit flies away, cop actually tried to shoot it down. there's dash cam footage. no evidence? no conviction. noice.
Routable maps and using Garmin basecamp to do It is complicated. The 100k maps that come with the garmin are not Routable. So you have to spend $100 on 24k. And or get birdseye subscription at $30.00 a year. Plus 24k maps. There are free maps but they dont play well. What’s wrong with the Garmin? Was toying around with the idea of picking up a 64 if it goes on sale this summer...
And Im not the sharpest becker in the drawer when it comes to technology. Hence a lensatic compass and a tyvex topo map. Back in the day I could call in artillery now I have trouble calling for a pizza. What’s wrong with the Garmin? Was toying around with the idea of picking up a 64 if it goes on sale this summer...

Wife got called into the office today, fearing the worst, and ended up getting a 3 dollar per hour raise. She's worked there for 5 years, and now makes more than I do, after working my job for 18 years. Must be nice to work for a company that appreciates hard work. I bust my ass everyday, and they could give a sh*t less. While I'm happy, and proud of her, it makes me hate my workplace that much more. They're even retro paying her the raise from November 11th of last year.
Haha, I know, right? Sounds like I'm being ungrateful, but in reality I'm just venting about my sucky job.Uhhh...sorry and congratulations
Good for your wife. Sounds like your employer sucks. I know it’s way easier said than done, but maybe look elsewhere.
