Baldric carry for my BK9 sheath now possible with a rifle quick detach sling. Still need the sling bit, but the quick detach is done.

That zippo is starting to annoy me. Ever since I filled it with wd40, I can't get it to work properly. Changed wick and cotton balls. Changed flint. Cleaned everything with lighter fluid first. Then with compressed air. Nothing. New wick and cotton again, new flint too. Nothing. When I hold another lighter to it, it catches flames like no tomorrow, but the spark just can't get it lit. Pffff...

Edit: though I've held that in the flame multiple times, so I'm guessing it would have burned away, no?
Problem might be the felt at the bottom? That's still the original and might spread wd40 through the rest of the cotton...

I'd try to light it with another lighter then just let it burn for a long time until you think its too long. Then let it cool off and try again
