I'm guessing there was nobody to help video the 'drunk guy with knives - camping edition'?

Used is a great look for that custom too!




In other news, My bk15 with a thinned out edge just out sliced my wife's kitchen santoku. My proof to her a proper edge > her carbide quick sharpener. She still said that the ease of use with the garbage sharpener is not worth the extra time for a good edge with stones.... guess she needs to spend a little more time using my 15:D
 
As I walked back to my room, I see this sign, this was at the Marriott northwest hotel... lol nothing to do with blade or Ethan, I thought it was cool.
 
USPS just sent my Parangatang back to Washington again. Time to make contact and get this bullshit straight.

I didnt even think about recording a video.... Really i probably spent the total of 30 minutes chopping and batoning to test the MMD, after that it was all relaxing. We couldnt find much fell wood for me to chop on.. the place was picked dry. There's an old man that lives down the road from the campsite that sells fire wood. We seen the sign on the way in, after seeing there was no wood around to burn we went and bought a couple bundles of fire wood, and grabbed a 6 pack of those 3 hour logs. I had a HUGE fire all night, i laid in my hammock when the sun started coming up and the fire was still roaring... Got up right before 9 and it was still in full flames LOL

5 of those 3 hour logs, 2 large bundles of fire wood, and 1 tree... Burned in 1 night... I wasnt lacking in heat or light hehe.

I played with the custom quite a bit though, just cutting sticks and crap. Love the handle on this one!!

We also seen 2 more Shibas camping a few sites down, This was the first time since owning Neko that we seen other shibas. They definitely didnt want to play together LOL The people brought their dogs down and asked if Neko was good with other dogs, i said no, but he is great with people... They said "oh, ours loves other cats and dogs but their not great with other people" Then they got a little closer and their male shiba turned Cujo... The lady said she didnt know why he was acting that way because normally he is great.... Neko is intact, maybe he thought Neko was going to steal his girlfriend LOL

Yup. That would have been CPA test prep or possibly CPA continuing education. You probably would have been sorely disappointed if you walked in and sat down for the lesson.

I do love it, but it's only the first day of a week full of practice and shows, and I'm already tired.

Now I've started to wonder how "break a leg" got started... thanks GSOM. :D
 
Opening night is always a blast, I've worked stage crew for my schools last 4 productions, and watching everything come together like it's supposed to is just an awesome thing to watch,

Break a leg Nos, btw, what show are you doing?

Yeah it's always fun, just really stressful.
