The Proto will appear at Blade along with the open orders for different Anni variations on the web site. This one is truly awesome and has somewhat quelled my desperate longing for that "right" SFNO (DC/satin. Mag grips. Plain edge.)

Guesses? HOG/LE will be available to anyone on the site. Either a special price and/or combo will be made for inducted HOGs. Not too worry... Many, if not all of you, will qualify via an online induction. There just might be some speculating middleman buyers who don't qualify. :)

This just might be "the" knife for me! I wonder what kind of wild incentive combo Skunk will end up getting?

Man o' man... I just can't stop coming back to this thread to admire this beauty!!!

Hog status or not... nothin' is going to keep me from buying a dozen or so of these perfect knives.

I just hope there will be a double cut option and a hand shaped slab option.

I Understand the knife in the pic you posted is
still a proto.

Is it still possible to make the exact same plungeline on the new Anni knife as is on the original SH1??

In my eyes the curved line is more beautifull!!

What do you think?? and also important what do other forumites think?????

When Boss first announced the SH1 as the Anniversary knife... I asked for the very same thing. :thumbup:
I LOVE the curved plunge line on the original SH1. :D

EDC??? What do you do for a living??? I wish I did something exciting enough that this could be my EDC!!!

As a network engineer, about the best excuse I would have to EDC this is as a cable cutter, maybe a tool for demolishing malfunctioning servers. Somehow I don't think PC Plod would quite agree...

By the way, I think I forgot to say:

Oh hell, how am I going to get this past the wife??? Hmm, more Prada shopping I think. Wait, that'll fill up the credit card; nothing left for SH1's. Divorce! - wait, no that would cost even more, and I do love her. I think I'm going to have to sell a kidney...
 
I really like this proto as-is and I will most def order two one in the anniversary and one in a combo that I want. I really like this and cant wait to see it next to my SFNO for a comparison, which this might replace.
