I feel lucky. I already have my BWMs, and they are the Busse choppers I longed for. Times are hard and my knife budget is much smaller than it was in past years. But if I didn't have a 10" Busse chopper, I'd have to get that Basic 10.

I would love to see a cg version as well. The LE version is nice, but I don't know why you'd want to reduce affordability (on a line meant for it).

I also believe a cg version would be nice, but maybe this is Jerry's way to make LE more affordable for those whom normally can't.

Can someone tell me if the edge on these will be convexed? Are all the LEs convexed?

My Basic 6 LE and Original Satin non LE Basic 11 are convexed so Im sure so will the 10 :thumbup:

Thanks, Dericdesmond. After my BWM got stolen, I was needing a large Busse chopper as the last fixed blade I'll ever need to buy. The Basic 10 looks like it will be it (along with the last two large bussekin knives I've ordered which were also my last ever fixed blades ).
