I think the CKF website calls it a high end mid tech limited production. It’s a Snecx collab bottom line. There aren’t that many Snecx knives you can get your hands on. That might be part of the price. But a damn production shiro is at the same price and isn’t as well engineered or hard to produce. Again hence the high cost in some people’s eyes. It’s not high to me. Hell I could have easily got many high end mid techs at 750-1000 dollars that aren’t limited or as hard to machine.
They will be worth more than the money spent if it is a true one time collab at limited numbers as they claim. Unlike many 750-1000 dollar none limited mid techs or custom knives on the market that don’t hold the value.
If you want to save money and get a fake Snecx knife they are selling copy’s of the ifs-20 on Ali for $330 grab one.
Please tell me what mid tech or custom holy grail knife you have purchased for 900 bucks that’s just as hard to produce as this knife. Or justify you spending 900 bucks I’m curious what knife that is for you and why it’s any better or rare than this Snecx collab.

That was my initial impression also. Not sure that price and low production number would be enough to constitute a true mid-tech but boy that price sure makes a compelling argument.
