[SNIFF] I lost my XM-18 :(

That is a real bummer, hope you find it. This makes me paranoid as to carrying any nice knife.

LOL.
Powernoodle knows what its all about. Ive lost many knives, and most of these times, I've found the knife deep under my driver's seat (or in my friends car, under the passenger seat).
Worth checking, def.

Good luck finiding it. I did lose a couple of knives without finding them, and it SUX big time

aw man, i think i would be going insane i if i lost something like that
i hope you get it back. good luck!

That really sucks. I'd be in a pretty bad mood if I lost mine. I hope you find it. When I lose stuff and am tracing back my steps. I find it helps when I look at each area as carefully as possible and then not look back at that same spot. When I'm not paying attention and looking for something, I tend to repeatedly look in the exact same areas over and over. When I do find the item, it tends to be in some spot that didn't think of checking earlier.

Good god that sucks! The slob who finds it won't know what it is until he looks up "Hinderer Knife" on Google and his eyes pop out.

Ouch, I felt that pain for about 2 hrs last week, Post a reward flier at Lowes on their break room bulletin board, maybe an employee found it.

Smoke and prayers that either:
1. You will find it!
2. It will somehow make its way to Chicago and I will find it! :D

Good luck in finding it. I've had the clip on my XM-18 pop off before, luckily it fell into my pocket instead of outside of it. I still can't get the screws tight on the clip, it always loosens after a few carries, makes me wary to carry it. I hope you find it, that does suck.

Man - that sucks.

Might be a stretch but I used to work part time at Lowes, and most have a loss prevention mgr. Maybe see if they are willing to watch the tapes for the time that you were there to find clues.

If an employee picked it up they could possibly identify them. I know I would be sick if I lost mine.

I wish you the best of luck in getting it back.

I know how you feel in some ways, like I did when I lost my bm grip. the only diff is that it was a $60 knife and yours is a 600 dollar knife. Best of luck finding it man.

I would be so bummed out, wow. This is the very reason that I carry less expensive knives. I wish you luck in your quest.

This is why I took the pocket clips off all my folders. I lost two fine Benchmade knives when the clips snagged on something and pulled them out of my pocket. A larnyard tucked under the belt keeps the knife upright in your pocket, easy to pull out but hard to lose.
