Cobalt!!!

That is a dam nice one!!!

I had an old Extralight and I sold it:grumpy: . I miss it now. They are also one of the best bikes built.

Why you have the long or med cage deraileur?

Because I was going to go with a 52 in front and an 11-29 in back, but never did.

Nice ride their SKunk. I bet you get all the HOG chickes on that one, with tattoo's, jelly roll bellys and missing teeth.

Kinda like the shark attack video you sent me once.:D

Please, please...no Hot Pink Wardens (HPW or HPGW)!!!

I'd even prefer IronBalls' Hemorrhoid Warden to that.

Burning Hunk o' Manly Love Warden (BHOMLW or BHOMLGW)????????

So I got a message right before I left for a ride that made me want to take a camera with me and post some photos from a bike ride.

I know enough guys here that I though that when I say I’m going for a ride they might have some interest in what that means, if you are not one of them then don’t waste your time looking. And please don’t waste your time telling me you wasted your time.

Unfortunately, of all things the Queen Mary II came into San Francisco and for some reason they closed the Golden GateBridge half way across. So because of the lost time waiting for it to reopen I couldn’t ride to the top of Mt Tam, so here are a few photos of the Marin Headlands where I train most week days, and ended up today.

I do hill repeats here. I’ll do the whole climb 4 to 6 times starting from just about 70ft above sea level. It takes me about 13 minutes to get to the top right now. If I was to get “fit” that will go to well under 9 min maybe less.

This is where Skunk met GrandpaDucci in the Big War. I understand that Mama Ducci use to come up and work nights. These were built in 1942 to protect the coast.

Nice pics, Tony, thanks. I've been up in those Headlands, and wandered around some of those fortifications. My Aunt lives on the side of a hill in San Anselmo with a nice view of Mt Tam. I would like to get out to Point Reyes some time.

Tony, do you have bums urinating on your front porch like my father does in SF? Must be why he loves living there so much, hes living the good life. :p

No, I just keep those jerks from San Jose out of here. They'll pee anywhere to make it smell like home.:p

Tony, that's a nice looking riding area. The grade on the hill doesn't look too bad, but of course it's hard to tell from a pic as they can be deceiving. I'm curious as to what bars are on your IF, I like the looks of those.

Maybe the hint is some kind of lava colored smoked blade?
