There is no reason for blade play with a frame lock or liner lock.Hoping its not a frame lock or liner lock.... blade play sucks
That's Right, Pease. There may be a defect that keeps a blade from perfectly snugging into its fully open position, or an impediment blocking the path, but that's not by design, or even most execution. There is no reason for blade play with a frame lock or liner lock.

It was two weeks ago. Mine are out for delivery.did I miss the preorder?

NO 's and YES 's, and NO 's and YES 's,
to the Question about the pre-order?!?!?!
Can someone official around here (That would be You, Jerry B~) give us wannabees a Definitive answer on that?
The Real Answer that we're hoping to hear, Of Course, is :
"Busse Combat stands behind its supporters, buyers, and fan-base, and will crank out, I mean Provide, as many Folders as there are loyal peeps who will buy them. We are a tight group of inter-supportive, inter-dependent, and an interactive community who's always there for us as nearly outside sales reps in drumming up even more business for the Busse-Kin Group, so we will give attention to maintaining a well-fed herd at the Busse Trough..."
To which we faithful can say with a belch: I'll OINK to That...!
Yeppers...

Preorder has passed boys.I'm thinking of a preorder before the first of the Year.
That should give us the number of knives that we need for the first run.
Let's Drink!

Hmmmmm. Maybe clarification is in order….. Jerry?Now Jack-Man . . .
-Du Think that through... Please: Bear with me, here.
Jerry said that which you quoted, on Christmas Day; when not everyone was right up on the forums: family time, travel over holidays, and a specifically busy time for some. So effectively, by saying "thinking of a pre-order before the first of the Year" is to say WITHIN 'THIS' WEEK, from Christmas Day, when attention is Elsewhere for that very week, More than Any other time of the year. That would be the very time to catch us peeps Off-Guard, instead of when we're all expecting a "head-count," so to speak.
I think I speak for Everyone who frequents this forum, that We ALL would like to be within that Head Count, Not left out, after a Busse Folder has been on our Wish List since Year 2000 or 2001, when it was First Announced as a Viable Project, due to a mere Christmas-Week-2021-Only Head-Count...
Do you follow the Logic of what I'm saying...?
This Very Thread has Garnered TEN PAGES so far, of Expressed Desire from Faithful Busse Trough Feeders, aka Actual Supporters -- the Greater Busse Clan -- as it were. To deny them the opportunity to purchase an Historic as well as Practical Offering from their & our favorite & best maker of now: utility tools -- the folding knife -- Merely from a one-(very busy)-week's notice, is to Subject Not Some, But MOST of the Busse Clan Community to a Second-Class status, when only a few who happened to not have outside-of-forum plans, i.e. Life, or anything better to do Christmas Week to a Favored or First-Class Status.
We realize a lot gets said on these threads that don't always come to pass in the time predicted, and we patiently "get that," and wait for our turn, as it were; but to withhold such a long-awaited item from MOST of the ones who have waited for years based upon one post is a bit harsh, don't you think? Or perhaps I should say, Re-Think...?
Thanks for your time and realistic cogitations upon this matter...
Yours always in Intermolecular Nitride, Finely Intermingled,
