So how many knives do you EDC

I usually carry about 10 or 15 knives on me at all times, cause... you know... you never know...

Just kidding! One is enough. I hate carrying stuff, I don't even have a wallet and more than 3 keys on my keychain just irritates me! I can't imagine actually having to carry 2 or more blades! If I wanted to lug stuff around, I'd get a sex change operation and start carrying a purse! :p

Usually 3 or 4:
Vic Midnite Minichamp and Spyderco Honeybee on keychain clipped to belt and tucked in right back pocket.
H1 Ladybug in fob pocket or front pocket or clipped to keychain.
Caly3 G10 clipped in right front pocket.
Vic Huntsman in jacket pocket or backpack.

Atlantic Salt always
Izula usually
a Pacific Salt stays in my backpack

never less than three, have been known to carry EVERYTHING bladewise i own on occasion.......(40+)

I average 3 minimum sometimes 6 like at work for instance. I get creative got 30 in the EDC rotation and thats 1/10th my collection with only one constant my Sebenza.

My brother in law said Im gonna get hit by a truck one day and knives will litter the streets.

2-3

One of the following for each of my own classified fields.

1. Medium Blade - Spyderco Sage 2, CRK Sebenza 21 Small, BM940

2. Large Blade - BM710, CRK Sebenza 21 Large, Spyderco Gayle Bradley

Third if I have my leather jacket [rides inside pocket]
3. Small Blade - Spyderco Cricket or Spyderco Kiwi

This is my current rotation. :D

2 on most days - SAK and folder.

On the weekends I may also have a multi-tool on my belt in addition to the other two.

Two at work, a large folder and a multitool. Off work, same but always with a fixed blade horizontal crossdraw on the belt..

A Victorinox money clip, a C.E.M. Lobster, a fancy folder, and a Talonite CUDA MAXX. Sometimes I will carry an extra folder if I am testing a new blade material.

2 on me everyday. One fixed and one folder. For the last year or so it's been my Kershaw Leek and my Kabar TDI.

Since you said "simultaneously", I won't count the Leatherman Micra on my keychain. I keep that in my computer bag.

Other than that - 2. One small slippie that's around 3" or so, along with a larger folding knife like a Sebenza in the 3.5" blade size range. I rotate through about a dozen different knives regularly.

I have 2 on me always; a folder & my Begg Tree Frog neck knife. And when I go out I have 3; I keep a knife in my Mission wallet.

Let's see,
At work today:
1.UKPK for "dirty" jobs.
2.Al-mar falcon for fruit and edibles.
3.Fallkniven FH9 for the little delicate jobs.
4.Leatherman charge for the "dirty" jobs that require a locking blade.

That means a total of 4 bladed tools that I "need" to get through a 8hr shift as a maintainance technician.
I know I could use only "one" but it is nice to use the "correct" tools ,don't you think?

At home:Large Sebenza.
