So how many knives do you EDC

Either three or four. On my keychain, I have a lime green Spyderco Jester PE and SAK Lime Edelweiss Classic. I hardly count them as knives, but they are. I carry them every day and have for well over a year. On weekdays I usually carry one other knife. Today it is a Canal Street Canittler. On weekends, I usually carry one slipjoint and lately my Spyderco Carpenter Manix, for which I am having a sheath made.

You know I would carry more but how do you guys carry all those knives without them beating each other up in your pockets. I tend to baby my knives a bit...I know...shame on me.

Normally I carry a Leatherman Charge TTI and some locking folder like a griptilian. Sometimes I add something small and/or innocent looking like a more traditional slipjoint.

I usually carry a folder (a bunch of different ones but most often an Emerson or Spyderco) and I recently got a Cold Steel K4 necker which is like a really small kitchen knife.

It fits perfectly in my man bag so I have been carrying that as well, just because I dig it and it makes a perfect fruit knife. Before that I carried a Crawford Legionnaire which is also a small fixed blade.

I also have a Leatherman Pulse in a sheath attached to my man bag but I mainly use the pliers and scissors on that...... and sometimes the phillips.

There is also a SAK Rambler in a wallet in my bag, which has some small tools that can come in handy.

I know that I'm a micro-collector compared to many here, but I feel that if I'm going to put my money down and buy the thing, I'm going to carry it. Doesn't matter if it's $50 or $500. Today for example....

Three for me.
CRKT K.I.S.S for a money clip
Buck NRG keychain
Any one of my knives clipped in my pocket.

Just put one in each pocket or IWB. IWB (Inside Waist Band) is really comfortable for me and most knives I don't even feel them. I put them just to the right of my zipper and angle the bottom inwards so that it follows the crease of your leg. Just about everyone I show that carry method ends up using it. It is an easy way to carry a second knife if you don't like having one clipped to your left or back pocket.

I usually carry two, not because I need them but because I can. It's usually the SMF in my front right pocket and a smaller (and less "scary looking") folder in my jacket pocket.

And thanks guys for making me feel normal again. I was starting to think I was a freak for EDC'ing more than one knife.

Three on my person. A small traditional (usually my Case swayback), pocket fixed blade (usually my Izula), and a folder (which has been a CS Pocket Bushman lately.) I have a CS Bushman fixed blade tucked in my laptop bag (a Maxp. MPB) and my EDC go-bag (a decked-out Maxp. Malaga) is riddled with folders and fixed blades (I can think of at least 6 at the moment!) :o

A little excessive, but a whole lot of fun. :D

usually 5, yes 5.

spyderco paramilitary
CRK small sebenza
ESEE izula
SAK camper
spyderco ladybug,
with this combo, i feel fairly secure that i will be able to get the job done :D

I normally carry a folder and a multitool or sak. Today it was a Kershaw Blur and a Leatherman Charge. Tomorrow will probably be different. Much more than this I find is a little overkill especially if I have my toolkit nearby at work and so on.

Usually three for me:

One handed folder (Military)

SAK (Alox Farmer)

Keychain multitool (Leatherman Micra)

ETA: Those are what I carry on me. In my EDC pack I carry a RC4 and multitool.

Why the small sebenza and the para? The seem to fill the same need.

Usually 3...but sometimes 4 or 5...I know OVERKILL, but I can't help it...
FRP - RIFT
FLP - SOG Mini Vulcan
LRP - 550HG Griptilian
KEY Chain - VIC

well not really, i use my small sebenza a lot, see avatar, the para is more or less a back up to the sebenza, it carries way better with an STR lowrider :D
and why not carry them? they are pretty lightweight ;)
