So i got my Sebenza.........

Also a big shoutout to Wtlj for giving me a great deal on the knife and even more so for just being an awesome guy! He is super cool and very humble, i would highly recommend working with him!

I can concur 100% on this. He's one hell of a good guy.

Congratulations on a great knife.

@Alvaro and HHmoore: I really enjoyed reading your discussion and I am glad that both of you were able to express your opinions and experiences in a polite manner. It seems all to often that debate turns to hate in these types of threads.

One thing we do know for sure hhmoore is that you are lukewarm about the sebenza. For you have been sharing that sentiment every time a thread comes up.
The op was evidently excited about receiving his new to him knife and wanted to post a thread about it. Good day to you

There are pictures!?

I was on my phone, so I missed the pic. I send my apologies.
That is a great looking knife, I do enjoy the plain jane sebenza's..... hope you enjoy using it as much as you unboxed it.

I think a discussion can be more interesting when the participants have somewhat different views, but I don't have much use for internet hating. Had this thread gone in the wrong direction as a result of my posting, I would simply have apologized for the disruption and not further fed the problem.

Actually, I do like it better than I used to...but I only mentioned my feelings because I commented about it being the standard for comparison. I was not trying to detract from the OPs enjoyment of his knife. This thread is in General Knife - not CRK - so I didn't think that I was out of line. I'll happily stay out of CRK discussions, if being lukewarm is a problem. Alvaro - my most sincere apologies if I have put a damper on your thread. As I stated in my first post - congrats on your purchase. I hope your new knife serves you you well, and that it continues to bring you joy.

Hhmoore,

I was in no way offended by anything you posted, i truly enjoyed our short conversation. All i was trying to do was answer your post with a post of my own. That being said, I understand where you are coming from and i just wanted to show you where i stood on the same matter. I enjoy: talking, writing, and the opinion of anyone as long as there is no harm in the fun.

Please feel free (anyone for that matter) to write your opinions on my posts or threads!
