I don't like tanto's, but I like your grind work. Looks factory. Nicely done :) Takes some guts to do that level of grinding on a already nice knife.
 
Nice Job! Reminds me of my Tanto Sebbie... I had a G-10 police ( not the 3) I bought it with a broken tip so I Tanto'd it...it looked pretty bad ass but since it was SE, I sent it to Spyderco for sharpening and they "Sheepsfooted" the tip! Needless to say I was not too happy. I may find another and try again.

Please post more projects like this, especially if you decide to shorten the handle! Would love to see what that looks like.
 
It's a nice mod, but I don't care for the overall look of the blade. It just looks broken. Tanto blades lose their attractive lines without a straighter spine.
