So sorry to hear about this I will keep your family in prayer. my brother lives down in lauderdale and I live a couple hours north so i know what the driving looks like down here. Anything we can do to help just let us know.

Those car seats are amazing. Whats really puzzling is why they don't make adult seats that are as affective. :confused:

Jennifer was feeding at the time, and not wearing her seat belt. She saw the girl coming at them and threw herself over the carseat. We think she did that to protect the baby from glass. Women amaze me.
 
Andy - I hope Jennifer pulls through, and the rest of the family comes through OK.

Read the comments - you're right, they cut to race pretty fast. Tough to judge someone without being there, and the news articles don't provide much hard info. Hopefully the facts become clearer during the investigation, and there is a fair outcome. (though no amount of fairness can compensate for a serious injury)

I'm very sorry for Jennifer and her family. May she recover fully.

Hit and run with injuries is a felony in many states. When she went to the hospital they probably took blood for d.u.i. testing.

I couldn't find the comments...but that doesn't really matter.
