It was a blast! I really wish I could have been there for the entire event rather than just Saturday afternoon and evening, but making plans to camp out for the Fall Gathering. God only knows how many interesting pics I could have gotten on the first night

Ok, that's it. I'm going to make it to next years (can't go to the fall one, ever weekend in the fall is already booked solid for me somehow....), and I don't care if I have to walk up there! I'll start walking in December if I have to! But if it takes me that long to hike up, could someone give me a ride back down?

Dang that looks like fun! I'm really itching to meet as many of you guys as I can (speaking of, I gotta figure out when Doc_Savage has an open Troop meeting, Boy Scouts guided by a BeckerHead have to be awesome, yes your Troop too DerekH, but that's another time), and I gotta say, Moose looks more, how should I say this... laid back(?) than he sounds on the forums.

I'm glad everyone had a good (actually, looks more like great) time, and like I said, I really can't wait to meet all of you guys and gals!

Sigh. Clearly, a great time for everyone. Glad it was so much fun.

Someday, I won't be so obsessed with my work ... and I will be able to take some time off for fun.

Or, maybe I'll even "retire" (that magic word).

I would love to learn some of Ethan's culinary skills direct from 'the man.' And, of course, who wouldn't like to take a class or two from Moose?
