So what do you look for from your knife dealer?

I don't own nor desire a Kershaw knife, and your shipping practices may very well be the exception, but in over 50+ years of buying, owning, trading, and selling knives, I have never found any one vendor who offers free shipping, package a knife in a "crush proof" box and get it to me via 1st class mail in three days or less; it's just never happened. Should I ever, and I emphasize ever, decide I want to own a Kershaw knife, then I'll look you up.

Really not kidding about first class, check this out: http://kershawguy.com/testimonials/

My 0777, 0801cf, 0600 and pretty much every other zt or Kershaw I have ever owned came from Kershawguy. They have all come with free shipping (and the lowest prices), packed in very study box and all of them have arrived in 3 business days or less. Sometimes 2 days if the timing works out. That's going cross country from Oregon to Virginia.

Here is the tracking number from my 0801cf. 9400109699938441559344

Shipped on a Friday, arrived Monday via first class, across the country.

Also found my 0777 tracking info. Same thing. Shipped Friday, delivered Monday.

Customer service, as in prompt communication and shipping.

Obviously selection and price are important too, but I don't want to play the guessing game about if my order is actually placed or shipping.
I had one order from a place where it took about a month for delivery...shipped from Canada to Canada.
Needless to say, I didn't rush back to that dealer.

Dave (Kershawguy) is top notch. It's worth buying a Kershaw knife just for the privilege of being one of his customers. ;)

I have absolutely no doubt Kershawguy is a top notch vendor, but what has worked for me over the years, whether as the recipient or the sender, is USPS Priority Mail. For $5.80, small box, $50.00 insurance, and 2-3 day delivery with tracking, my customers have been happy, and I'm a happy customer. Again, I have no need for or a desire to buy a Kershaw, but if that need or desire ever rears its ugly head, then I'll give Kershawguy my business.:)

I checked your website and see you have other brands. Thinking about SAK's in the future?

Nah, seems that every time I try a different brand it doesn't do well, I am Kershawguy after all , better for me to stay on the main road, lol.
