SoCal "Survival" Hike, May 23rd.

man!!! i am taking a lot of stuff... :D

I am taking my hobo stove to test it in the field (with some chamomille tea and some sugar)... two tuna packs and two granola (somethine like this) bars... my two knives (actually three with my pocket knife) and a few survival items...

I thougth it was a survival hike :D :D :D

Going to carry three small knives just for fun.

Food will include (for two), two apples, two power bars, a bag of jerky, two bags of mixed nuts, three pb&js, bag of carrot sticks, and a bag of gummy something.

I'll bring a 1.5 liter bladder, and a 1 liter bottle. Amy will bring a 3.0 liter bladder. This is what we usually carry on longer hikes, and we always come back with plenty left over.

Gathering what I can from NOAA, 20% chance of showers/thunderstorms and high temp in the mid to upper 50s. Could be good hiking weather.

Well Hello there folks. We had a great day of hiking. The weather was great even if we were told it would rain by someone we all know lol.
