The case got cleaned up and retired from rotation for now. The old timer still sees some pocket but also got the patina washed off recently to rebuild.

This Farm & Field 71 Bull Nose is one of the best made GEC’s I own. Full steel construction, springs are dead flush in every position, I put a wicked edge on it, and it pretty much lives on my kitchen counter as my go-to user GEC for when I need to cut up some fruit. It’s a no nonsense tool and I’m happy to have one in my kit.

Good catch! I saw the liner and assumed it was a Crossroads model, but it now it looks like custom scales.
