  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

SODBUSTERS... bust 'em out, work 'em hard and show 'em off

Not literally sodbusters, but I used my Okapi 12” machete and a Hultafors chisel knife to literally bust sod yesterday:

I wanted to expand my garden. The ground was so full of roots, I could barely get a shovel in, so I wound up slicing the layer of sod off by running the machete sideways under the first couple inches of dirt.

If anybody knows an easier way to do that, don’t tell me - I will be upset I worked that hard for nothing…

Whats your thought on these? I'm still torn. I like that they're lightweight but still kind of wish they had the liners. Love how they look though
I may be a bit biased. I’m a fan of all sodbusters, liners, no liners, natural and man made covers. Love them all! The ones with liners are probably a little bit stronger.
