I've been in the mood to make some knives that make you want to go out and play lately, and here's one I think you'll like. Inspired by the classic SOG combat knives, but optimized for a more outdoorsy, woodcraft environment:thumbup:
It's just a hair over 11" overall, 6 1/4" tip to scales, with natural micarta scales (SS pins and thong hole). Made out of 3/16" thick 1075, with a saber convex grind to an almost zero edge, cold blued, and left with a mill finish on the flats. You can see in the 4th and 5th pictures where I just barely touched one side of the flats to the grinder and left some scratches, though they won't show up hardly at all once you've put her to work
I'll let 'er go for Sold$140, including your choice of a leather or kydex pouch-type sheath, or $125 without a sheath. That price includes shipping in the US and any applicable fees, if you pay with PayPal, though I will take a USPS MO, also.
Thanks,
Walter
