I'm just curious but why are people writing one letter posts, like on the first page. I see, "f", "kb", "r".
I thought we were supposed to say what knife you want, such as "one bfk please" or something like that.

I'm counting the posts to see what place I am in for a BFK to see if I got it but all I see are things like "I'm in".
Excluding the ones that specifically say EDC, I'm 31st place. But some of those unspecified ones could be a EDC as well, so maybe I got in.

Also, was that 25 BFK in D3V AND 25 in Magnacut? Or just 25 in a mix of D3V and Magnacut, so like 12ish of each?

^ They type whatever they hit first in order to submit the post as soon as possible in order to make it.

It was 25 knives in total.
so does that mean that someone asks you personally later on, what you want? I've never done this before I hope I didn't make any mistakes. I saw on another post on how to buy things that you need to "enable emails from members". I don't know anything about that.

Yes.

Just type in the first letter or sequence, whatever’s fastest and click “post reply” as fast as possible for the quickest response.

You can edit your post after the initial. She will then email you asking your specific requests for your options.

Thank you! Is there some setting in my account settings to make sure I allow emails from members? or is that something I do on my email account? I don't think I could do that without knowing their email first?🤔

^ I have a basic account here like you and the first time Jo sent me a message (the little envelope icon on top, at least that’s what it looks like on the phone). After, when I bought something, I simply reached out to her replying to the same message. Jo is pretty great!

Edit: I guess I should note that I didn’t change any settings, as far as I remember.
