I am sincerely purchasing this knife as my long-term field tool for five years of remote wilderness living after returning to my home country.
While I would love to own the Signature version, I am **not yet sure** whether this knife can pass through customs in my country. I need to **attempt import**.
If it gets confiscated, I **do not want the signed version to be potentially resold by others** without my permission — out of respect for your name and your work.
If the knife enters legally and is successfully used as my survival partner, I **promise to return to the U.S. after five years** and pay to have it signed. That would be an honor and a show of respect for your craftsmanship and legacy.
May I also kindly request detailed blade measurements (sharpened edge length and ricasso) for customs reference? Thank you very much.

Like to order a 5" Basic Field Knife (w jimping, ok if there is an upcharge).
Can I get the same black color scales w blue screws? Possible to get a leather sheath that can be carried horizontal or vertical? IF not able kydex one that does horizontal/vertical is my second choice.
Also would like an EDC, in Magnacut. Vintage linen micarta. Same sheath situation as above.
