Demanding special treatment, being abusive to Jo, making up nonsense to be upset about that was not remotely based on fact and then violating the terms of purchase agreements, and then acting like you were some kind of a victim. Absolutely insufferable. YOU are literally the main reason we have stopped taking new customers from Europe. Americans never act like that.
