thanks guys Sheaths on my website are not made by me but if needed i can order kydex sheath i think (though i never done it) as i know many good sheath makers..
Depends on the knife. Always less then 1mm or even 0,5mm for this steel (choppers). For smaller knives almost 0 usually. If chopping wood this is surely enough for NZ3 as it has no tendency for cracking and crumbling and if you doing it right you do not have to worry about cutting edge.
