My son and I had been planning on "milling" these three 80% AR15 lowers using the CNC Guns AR15 jig. We ended buying two Anderson Lowers and building an AR, with another in planning. We figured that we could monetize the jig and lowers and start to build another AR. This kit is designed to use a drill press to mill out an 80% lower receiver.
The jig is from Justin at CNC Guns. Please check out his web site for details. I have the full AR-15 jig set including the trigger slot adapter and end mills you will need.
The lowers are from Tactical Machining. They are Gen 2 with the rear lug area already machined out.
Everything is brand new, never used:
