SOLD EMERSON Road House ! Im the original owner, received from EKI yesterday - 07/17/26. This was a complete impulse buy from about 3 days ago. Road house model in the new thunderstorm finish, much darker than the last 6 I ordered. 154CM steel, 3.8 inch blade, V grind with chisel edge, 1/8 stock, black G10. I had the knife drilled and tapped for LEFTY carry.. this still has the right hand liner lock. I have wanted one of these knives for well over a decade but never pulled the trigger when I had the chance.. I took this knife out of the box, hit the scales with 1000 grit wet / dry sandpaper to soften the edges of the scales and underside of clip, hard to tell visually but you can feel the difference (Emersons come with 100 grit scales out of the box), I stropped the edge, shaved some arm hair and cut a few pieces of paper.. that is the extent of this knifes use. Lock up is early and there is zero play. Action isn’t even close to being broken in.. still smells like the Emerson machine shop. Im going to sell this for much less than I payed and my price is firm. Hopefully nobody buys this and I can make it into a daily user.
