Bom dia de Tatuí, Brasil!
Here is a new gyuto I finished recently.
The blade is 1095 steel, just under 22cm long, full flat ground, sellectivelly Heat treated, hand polished and aged a bit with acid. The handle slabs are ipê burl and thé pins are copper.
