Another one forged from 52100 round bar.
Like the last one, it's a oversized Bird 'n trout EDC. ( "Wild turkey and catfish" )
It's a thin and scary sharp blade, and it will be a great companion for outdoor or kitchen use.
Flats are left raw, wet forged and wire brushed after forging.
After heat treatment, flats are brushed with scotch brite.
Bevels are made in satin finish with scotch brite.
Details:
Overall length - 10,6"
Blade length - 5,5"
Blade width - 1,06"
Thickness at the back of the spine -3/32", at the thickest part
Tang tapers to 3/64" at the end
Knife weights 3,78oz, and with sheath 8,25oz
Handle material: Stabilized european Black poplar burl (Mappa burl), black G10 liners, carbon fiber pins and lanyard tube.
Handmade 4mm thick (0,16") vegetable leather sheath, made for right hand vertical carry.
