This one was reserved but the buyer never showed up so its availabile again.
K-tip style gyuto, blade lenght around 7 3/4", 1095 steel, chisel ground and sellectivelly hardened. The octagon handle is jacarandá da Bahia with a détail in stabilized Wood.
