Hello!

This is a variation on my EDC models. It has a nice handle shape that I love and feels secure and great in the hand. I finished the damascus in a polish similar to what I do with clay coated blades, which gives it a beautiful polished finish rather than a typical dark etch that is given to damascus.

The ironwood is very high quality. It has been finished to 1000 grit and given a VERY light buff...its smooth as glass and parts move under sunlight like cat's eye.

Knife Specs:
Blade: 5160/52100/15N20 “Alabama Damascus”. About 3/16" thick.
Handle: Desert Ironwood burl, extremely high polish finish.
Length: 7” overall, 3” cutting edge
Pins: Nickel silver/copper mosaic and 416 stainless thong tube
Sheath: Pocket Sheath (no belt loop) 9oz, deep red/brown dyed, hand tooled. Waxed stitching.
Lifetime Sharpening/Cleanup

Price: $200 SOLD Shipped USPS Priority with Insurance
Paypal strongly preferred.

This one is sold pending funds. I have a few more very similar in the works that don't have handles yet so contact me if anyone wants one with a particular material.
Thanks!

Cyclone, David Schott makes exceptionally fine, very sharp knives. I'm sure your husband will love it. You made a very good choice, and knives in this size range I find the most useful of all.

Just a thought. Given that this is your version of an EDC, have you considered offering it with a horizontal sheath? I think this carry method is under-appreciated, especially for an elegant little EDC like this one. Please post when you have more for sale. Thanks
