This is a short and mean version of my monster chopper, made from .360" 5160. 11" overall, 6" long x 1-7/8" wide blade. Tang is tapered to approx. .150" for aggressive balance, feels like you could drive nails with the flat back. Finish is as-quenched, etched and rubbed with Scotch Brite to remove the scale and leave the texture. The edges of the tang have a satin finish that runs a ways onto the spine and fades into the texture.

Heat treated in a digitally controlled oven including 3 normalizing cycles at reducing heat, Parks AAA oil quench and 2x temper at 375F.

Specs:
11" overall, @.360" thick, 6" long x 1-7/8" wide blade
OD green G10 scales with black G10 spacers
Assembled w/ West Systems G/flex epoxy and flared
stainless tubes
.080" OD green Kydex sheath is Tek-Lok/Molle Lok compatible
Molles/ Tek Lok availible

Just looked at your site and book marked it.Would love to see your monster chopper with a slight clip point. Your knives look great, would look good on my ballistic vest.

Thanks guys! I appreciate the feeback. My site is overdue for updates and pictures of the new pieces I have made in the last few weeks, and I still have a couple of unseen pieces to finish up. The next couple of weeks are going to be busy ones.

Nice grab Allen207! Justin's work is awesome. Just got my third knife from him today and it is wicked!
