I am the original owner of both of these, and this sale is for knives only (NO BOXES). Both are lightly used.
Both still retain a very sharp factory edge, perfect centering when closed, and the following:
SPY27
-- Has a SLIGHT bit of lock stick sometimes, otherwise perfect detent and action.
-- Few marks on non clip side g10 from tapping in something.
--Purchased new from Spyderco.
--G10 under clip is LIGHTLY smoothed out by hand (can't really capture it well, and you probably would not notice).
--$80 shipped CONUS.

--Perfect action, detent, lockup, and unlock.
--No mods.
--Purchased new from REC.
--One spot of patina on blade .
