I've got another Lemonator up for sale today. These make great little kitchen utility chopper for small tasks. It would also make a great "bar knife" for slicing lemons, limes and oranges. Or if you're not into slicing citrus you could use it as a cheese knife. This one is in N690 stainless steel heat treated to RC61. If you're not familiar with N690, it is very similar to VG10. The handle is gorgeous stabilized Australian York Gum Burl with black liners.

OAL: 7"
BLADE: 3" long, 1.25" heel height. It has been hand finished to 600grit. The grind is hybrid full flat/convex which is down to 0.008" before sharpening.
STEEL: 0.125" N690 stainless steel heat treated to RC61 including LN cryo.
