***IF YOU HAVE EVER PURCHASED FROM ME BEFORE, OR YOU ARE CURRENTLY SERVING IN THE US ARMED FORCES, PLEASE TAKE $50 OFF MY PRICE FOR THIS BODEGA***
I will only communicate through DM/PM here on the forum... I will not respond to emails. Any questions, please feel free to ask. I'll do my best to get back to your inquiries as soon as possible. Please check my feedback: I'm a long-standing member with 100% positive feedback for both buying and selling.
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING: If you are relatively new to the forum, have very little or no feedback, or are acting as a shipping proxy/forwarder for an overseas client, I will ask you to pay via PPFF only... no exceptions. I will accept Zelle or PayPal FF, or a combo thereof. If you are a long-time member or have considerable positive feedback you may pay by PPG&S, that's definitely OK with me. I will ship, at my expense, from my home in Texas, via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate, with Signature Confirmation. If you prefer another shipping carrier, we can discuss. I will NOT ship to Mexico, Canada, or any location overseas. For overseas buyers, if you choose to use a shipping proxy/forwarder/middle-man, our business ends when the knife is successfully delivered to your proxy. Shipping will occur NEXT BUSINESS DAY following payment. BTW, I package all items I ship extremely carefully. You may be annoyed at the amount of tape and padding I use... lol.
TRADES: None, thanks anyway.
OFFERS: None on this Bodega. I have changed the price to a FIRM price, no offers. $250 less than what I was originally listing it at... thanks!
PICS & DESCRIPTION: I took these pics last night (7 Mar 26), however, I didn't get around to posting it until today (8 Mar 26)... so I just added the first pic to reflect today's accurate time-stamp. I apologize for the minor dust, oil, and fingerprints in these photos below, and sorry about any unintentional reflections. ***SOLD*** - TODD BEGG BODEGA FROM LATE 2012: This is like a time capsule from late 2012, made well before the split between Todd and Mark. I am the first and only owner of this Todd Begg Bodega. I bought this directly from Vince at Ft Henry Custom Knives in late January 2013. It has lived its entire life in my large safe and in it's original case. Vince got this (among several) from Todd Begg at the 2012 NYCKS. Over all these years, I have maybe flipped it a total of 30-40 times. I've never carried it, used it any way... or even cut a piece of paper with it... it has its original sharp edge. For a 13-year old knife, it's in close-to-new condition (OK, nothing is perfect... let's just say 99.99% condition) and will come close to how someone may have bought one in 2012-2013. I never even sent it back to have Todd Begg Designs (or after the split, Todd Begg Knives and Begg Knives) to do the ceramic ball upgrade that a lot of Bodega owners did (you can tell by looking at the clip... if the ball appears polished stainless, it's original... if it appears a shiny black DLC, it's been upgraded to ceramic). I just left it entirely stock all these years, and it has the perfect Todd Begg smoothness, action, centering and detent collectors have come to expect. It's a beautiful unmolested example of a Bodega from the frenzied heyday of tactical titanium framelock flipper collecting. Tons of vids online of reviews of this knife from 2012-2015. As Todd Begg coined it back then, these Bodegas are "Damn Near Custom!" Time to move it on... they don't come up in this condition very often.
Thanks for looking!
