Thank you for the kind words and I’m glad to see you are enjoying the new knife, I know I really enjoy using that design for small work in the kitchen, I can’t cook to save my life and my wife hates food prep so I do most of the chopping and cutting things in the kitchen which I actually have found I quite enjoy. Gives me an excuse to cut stuff up and test out knives.This is a damn nice little knife for the money! I'm debating if I'm going to keep the edge angle where it is now for all around use, or drop is a degree or so and turn it into a true slicer. Either way, I don't see this little guy sitting around unemployed for small jobs.
