IT is about 6,8mm so >1/4 of an inch.

Man that's wicked! The contour on the scales is just awesome. How much does this badboy weigh and can you post up a picture or link to what your sheaths look like? Thanks
 
Hi. I do not know the exact weight but i think it should be somewhere around 700-800g. Im not a sheathmaker and I cooperate with Pitt. Talented Polish sheathmaker. You can find few examples his sheaths on my website:
