Here’s one I forged from some W2. I clay quenched the blade for a nice bold hamon.
The handle is stabilized curly maple. It is sculpted to fit the hand well. It is securely held in place with pins and g-flex epoxy.
The sheath is 7-8oz hand tooled leather. It holds the knife securely.
