Bill-That's the nicest combination I've seen you make yet. The scales and steel absolutely compliment each other. What did you do; bond the musk ox to a micarta liner?

If I wasn't deployed to SWA I'd be sending you money. That's a really nice knife at a great price.

i had about a 3/16" peice of stabilized walnut laying in my scrap box ,so i split it inhalf and made liners out of it,yes i bonded the 2 pcs together then flat sanded and shaped them, you cant see the figure in the walnut till its in your hand, im not a fan of micarta,i love mother nature,and what she has to offer for my knives!thanks bill

Man, I am so glad this month's & next month's knife allowance has been spent already. I would not want to try to either decide if this knife goes with me outside, or if it sits in my display case & draws dust . . . :)
BA, this is an absolute work of old world craftsmanship. I'm with "fixer", I have scanned through those knife shots at least a dozen times & still can not believe them. Incredible work, you should be proud.:thumbup::thumbup:

Your knife is a work of art.I don't see how you can sell it at such a price.The materials alone would cost me more than you are asking for the finished knife.

You are right about that,i bought a euro musk ox mount at a cheap price so thats why i could do this at this price, i sold most of it already, i have one set of slabs left, i figure ill be holding on to them for a while, thanks bill

After buying two customs here in the past couple weeks, I was planning to hold off on more purchases for a little while. But this is just too amazing a knife (and at too amazing a price) to pass up. I'll take it! :D
