Neuron, I hope that knife never leaves your side. Excellent snag my man, enjoy it. Maybe in a couple of months post some shots of it either in action, or how thick the dust has settled on it in your knife case. . . :)

That is a beauty Bill. Like fixer said, the colors contrast very nicely and your sheath work is just as amazing!
 
Nice snag neuron. I take my eyes off the forum for a little bit and BAM! they come and go. That is one beautiful blade Bill. Keeep em' comin'. I'm keepin my eyes peeled now.

Just a quick update: the knife arrived on Monday (fast!), and all I can say is WOW. :eek: Bill wasn't kidding when he said the pictures don't do this one justice -- and it looked great in the pictures. The way the patterns in the walnut liners complement the musk ox scales, especially, is something that really has to be seen in person. And on top of being gorgeous, the knife is as comfortable in the hand as any I've ever held.

A big thanks to everyone for their comments and, especially, to Mr. Akers for this fantastic piece of work. :thumbup:
