Damn! I didn't act quick enough for a stonewashed to scale. I did find something I've wanted more though, a duratech 20cv steril gen4 spanner-nonflipper xm18. Exactly what I was looking for. I think it might be better this way, so I can have the knife and then look forward to getting neat accessories. Instead of having a ti scale and dying to find the specific knife I want for it.

If you have another Hinderer in your hand you can tell the difference, but it's negligible. I don't know if it's my imagination, but it seems slightly thinner in hand as well. The full Ti makes an awesome knife (wait for it) even awesomer!
 
I was thinking I need 2 more for my others :D Dang hinderer addiction!! Taking all my monies.... Boy is is fun though!

I don't think the weight difference makes that big of a difference... I haven't really pocketed around yet... But I'm guessing I won't notice :) Maybe in some basketball shorts.

How you liking yours now that you've carried it for minute?

The XM is already a hefty knife. The extra 0.5oz doesn't make any difference in the pocket to me, especially with jeans on. It's like a mile of stonewashed goodness in your pocket.

I gotta get me a steel flame scale screw. It looks sick!
 
Man, I tried so hard not to order any of these. You guys and these pics made me do it. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

I'm still holding strong. But if these were textured...oh, wait...if they were textured there would be NONE available for any length of time....snagged up they would be.
 
I kept checking back for the textured ones, and the only ones that said "add cart" drew me in like a black hole.
 
Don't hold your breath for textured Ti scales. If you are choosing to not buy the smooth thinking the textured are coming soon, you may want to reconsider the smooth.

Good advice.

I'm aware one item being offered does not mean another will closely follow. All things Hinderer are buy them while you can.
