Some custom makers that I would like to make recommendations on

I understand it was the first knife Don made when he started making knives again. May 2002. Is that correct? It was a grand gesture Steven and your support of the knife community is a source of pride for us all.But thank you most of all for turning me on to Don Fogg,I think I am in the process of acquiring a Don Fogg in the not to distant future. :)

This is the double edged Shiv, which I think was the second that he made, after his break. He was on hiatus from making for a while, teaching instead.

When I call Don on the telephone, lately, I call him Sensei, and I am not joking.

It is not a gesture. A gesture is without thought or purpose. This action involved thought and purpose. It is simply the right thing to do, without question. This is my community, this is my life. It is not grandiose or grand, it is simply the proper course of action, based upon circumstances and situation.

Best Regards,
