Mr. Je5u5cryon5aturday took info and photos from another forum where it was explicitly asked to not be spread around, and posted them here anyway like a schmuck. .

Disregard for someone else's wishes, especially for someone in Thomas' position, is truly the mark of a putz. No class.

why no love for new Kershaw models? I'm going to get that nice new knife, you know, wigh 8Cr13MoV on blade.
what do you think about it, guys?

Ok everyone, here is the deal. Mr. Je5u5cryon5aturday and I have been online buddies for a while, and I have done business with him more than once. He found these through google one way or another, and put them up here not knowing the situation. I have explained to him that Thomas does not like to put up proto pics anymore because of the whining and complaining about release dates and such.

He was not aware of this, and not completely aware of the situation regarding his self-banning, and simply wanted to share. Per my request, he has taken down the pictures. His defensive comments were not meant as an attack or due to an "I don't give a F**K" attitude.

I am posting for him, as he is Russian, and does not have a complete grasp on English.

He was not trying to start drama, and I understand where these feelings are coming from. I have explained to him the situation, and pics such as this will not be popping up from him anymore. Let's leave this alone, there was no harm intended. I hate drama as much as the next person, but this was a misunderstanding.

whatever.

i'm not even registered on that forum where he posted pics. i've just visited it by another search on google.

He admits to visiting the site, and I'll bet he didn't just look at the pictures and not read the print.

I've said what I needed to say and I'll continue to think what I want to think. I'm done with this.

Understood, and no problem.

I'm speaking with him about it now.

However, rest assured, there won't be anything like this again from him.

I think we can all be done with this now, no reason to go further with it.

I noticed on this page (GP Knives), that the NEW version of the Piston is going to have aluminum scales; to all of you fellow G-10 fans, buy a G-10 Piston NOW, and for all of you aluminum scale fans, your prayers have been answered...

I still wish that I would have picked up one of the early G-10 Knockouts; I do really like the aluminum scaled blem that I got from Kershawguy, but I know that I would like the G-10 version even more...

Maybe some trac-tec in the machined depressions (like the Blur) would help...

The 1860 Piston is not changing to Aluminum - that was a mistake in the catalog.

It will remain the same as it is currently with black g-10 handles.
