I would add the Kershaw Chill (not sure on the weight).

That was the second thing in my mind. None of the others listed so far even come close.

But the first thing that came to mind: If weight is a critical issue, then get a knife with a shorter blade. :)

Following the rules though, here's one addition for the list:
Ka-Bar Dozier, 3", 2.3 oz.
 
The lightest I've had is the Spyderco FNR UKPK, at 1.9oz and a 3" blade.
