Some Pics from Blade Show 2010

Brian...it was great meeting you! If I'm not deployed, I'm just going to get a room next year so I can spend a little more time meeting folks...it's hard to look at blades and people at the same time:o I didn't even get an opportunity to hang out at the pit:mad:

My son wants my nano striker now:D Overall, it was a great experience and it's a great crowd to mingle with.

Great pics. Went Saturday afternoon with the whole family. That's me, Mrs. Tree, and the kids (1, 3, 5, 7, 9). Bought the 7-yo her first knife, a pink Izula, from Katie right at closing time on Saturday.

I will follow up what everybody else is saying great pics. I hope you got some up close and personal pics of the new Rat Pack visible in the ESEE case. It looks like a beauty!

Thanks Rock, it was great getting to meet you as well, I had hoped to bump into you again...maybe next year.

The nano is a great little tool. I'm really liking the titanium model I got.

Thanks man, actually I didn't but I'm sure Jeff, Mike, or Mike have some. Most of the time I was trying to stay out of the way of the crowds.

Mist, it was great hanging out with you brotha! The only thing I hate about Blade is that once it's over, it's a whole year away again!

Hey bro, it was great hanging out with you too man! And this Delta Foxtrot is freakin' awesome bro! I can't wait to get it in the field tomorrow!

Atlanta isn't as far away for me as for some of the others. Maybe we can get together and hit the woods somewhere in between one weekend.

Sounds good to me!

After seeing all these Blade show pics lately, I REALLY hope I can go there one of these years. I looks like so much fun!

It was great to get to meet you Brian.

Sorry we couldn't spend more time shooting the poo, we were bumping in the booth all weekend. Still trying to catch up on a bit of sleep. We weren't in bed before 2am a single night and were up and running by 7 every morning.

Truely a fantastic group of people, it was more like a family reunion than a trade show for me.

WTF I guess we didnt meeet lol

Yeah, I have a feeling quite a few of us were roaming. Rick was the smart one and carried around a WSS Patch. I think next year we all get headlamps from Going Gear and turn them on to the strobe mode:D

Heh heh. Yep, he got himself a $10 katana from the Frost "bucket o' swords". For watermelons and stuff. Had all the teenagers over after church Sunday night and he brought it out to show 'em all.

Blade is a great family thing for us. The kids all love it and all the vendors are very good to them. Where else would you run into folks who are happy to let your kids hold a $1000 razor-sharp knife they'd made, with just a "be careful", or hand a 7-yo girl a scrimshawn ostrich egg?

You're not kidding Pine_Tree! My son (11 years old) kept commenting on how nice everybody was. He's been shooting firearms since three and a half and handling sharp objects about the same age. In fact, my son was down-right spoiled by many vendors. Quite a family oriented show and incredible vendors. I'm looking forward to next year! Hopefully we can all do a link up...
