Hi Mist,
Very nice pic's of the Hunter. I scored the burlap Hunter that is in Andy's photo's, the one just below your knife. It got me thinkin, I bend a little leather as a hobby of mine. I've made some deerskin lined foldover sheaths for some Off the Map terrasuar's and bushcrafter's that I have. I saw some of Paul Long's work and tried to emmulate it. Nowhere near his skills but I find it very fun and therapudic. I plan on making one for my hunter when it arrives in the mail (hopefully soon

) I got some extra leather and mine looks to be the same size as yours so I'd like to make one for you as well, free of charge. I'd just like your opinion on it as from what I read you are a very knowledgeable fellow. If I could figure out how to post photos I would but I'll be the first to admit I'm not really computer savy at all. I'm going to guess and say your right handed? I use 10oz leather and the top of the sheath would cover the bolsters. I hand drill and sadlle stitch them with artificial sinew and dip them in beeswax to give it a little form fit for security. If your interested shoot me an email at
anthonyc@bbfl.us It would probably take me a month or so to complete between work and everything else but I wouldn't mind at all if you'd like. Thanks
