I agree that the “minimalist” SAKs are underrated. The Bantam is great, but I typically give the nod to the Waiter, because it gives me the option of a the mini-screwdriver and pin in the same thin form factor.

I've been carrying my Bantam at work. I think it's the perfect work/office knife. It gives other people neutral feelings about it and they are less likely to be afraid of it. The only tool on it is actually very handy and does a decent job on the chores it's supposed to handle. I like it, it's become my favorite and most carried SAK.

Those scales are from a small German company called Daily Customs. This is the rain drop pattern scale in "rusty titanium".
