Some Sparkling Traditional Treasure!

Meanwhile...

I dug up a couple old knives that used to belong to my grandfather. Both have plastic covers, both are rusted, and both have the Diamond Edge shield...

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz Huh - - -Whaaa. . . ..Yow!
I have been asleep at the wheel! They are assembling them already!
Gotta take up my vigil at the P.O.Box!!

Actually, I have been raising the bucks for the up-coming invoice, and I am now, as of today, ready and waiting!!

A little news: Only two-blades are being made right now, but more than we first planned - 150 instead of 100, thanks to a steady stream of inquiries!

The one-blades will have to wait a while, but time flies etc, etc.

There is some Dark Red bone coming up in this batch, probably in a couple of days! Keep watch with me!

Yowie Zowie! Those are lookin great!

I've been wanting a trapper jack with pen blade for a while now, with a certain style of clip blade and preferably with peachseed (which I don't have on any of my knives). This diamond jack has a pen blade secondary, the style of clip blade I want on a trapper jack, and it's peachseed. I'm getting one once I get some more money squirreled away. Now that I've got second semester tuition paid off I think I will be able to afford it. Especially since I haven't bought a new knife in a few months, since I bought my 73. This might have to happen. Wouldn't use the term grail knife, but definitely one of the knives I've been really really wanting after months of looking at pics of old Schrade Waldens in this style. Thank you Charlie!

Shades of Schrade. Now that's a tongue twister. You hold Bill's feet to the fire Charlie,I like 'em.

We're getting closer!!

edit: Just wanted to say Thanks Charlie for helping to bring back some of these great old patterns, I think we are in a golden age of American cutlery version 2.0!
