Someone put Pepper in the Shaker!!!! (pic)

Good Evening Everyone-

Hey, there's good news for the Pepper Shaker folks...to which I alluded in DonL's new Assault Shaker post.

There might be a few Pepper Shakers mixed-in with the Assault Shakers that are heading back to the Wauseon HQ! Woo-hoo!

If that is the case, we might have these little puppies in our hands by the end of this month or early-July. Contender, if you have any other news, that would be great.

It's been a few months since this thread has seen daylight...if you live in Gundy's part of the world, it's been a few months since this thread has seen moonlight. :cool:

As of a month ago, Wauseon HQ was still working on a batch of these little blades. Haven't heard much beyond that.

Has anyone received their new Pepper Shaker and are ya'll ready to give some preliminary reviews? It would be especially interesting to hear from folks who have experience with both the Assault Shaker and the Pepper Shaker.

Good news from Wauseon! Anyone waiting on a Pepper Shaker could be in for a treat. A handful are in for finishing and should ship by Tuesday, November 26th... Got this news when I spoke to the Busse Combat team on the telephone.

That could potentially mean delivery before Thanksgiving Day if you're close to the factory. Hmmmm...you gotta' slice the turkey and apple pie with something! :cool:

Good Evening All-

The fine folks at Busse Combat informed me that the Pepper Shakers have indeed been sent to their new owners. Given the extended holiday weekend, I'm going to guess that most of us will get our shipments in the first few days of December 2002. I'll be happy to post an initial review on this thread in the near future.

As an aside, we'll have to retire BTOJ now that shipments from Wauseon utilize USPS for standard delivery. :cool:

Today I was the first person (without insider connections) in the Western US to get the new Canon EOS 1Ds camera.

And now my Pepper Shaker is on the way!

Now I'll be ready for anything. :cool:

Jerry! Would you, please stop creating so many damned beautiful blades?! I haven't been able to buy even one yet and several have slipped through my fingers. I think that you should reduce the entire Busse line to one or two knives. Well, maybe three. No variants. No new micarta. Only one single finish. That way, the mere mortal among us would be able to keep up. Please.
