Something happens with Seager?

If you used paypal, you might be able to recover your money. However, there is a time limit to file a claim, and, without looking, it might be 30 days. I'd get on it if I were you, there's something waaaay wrong if you paid for this knife mid-May and don't have it.
 
Here's what you should do.

Contact paypal file a dispute, you actually should have done that after about a week of not recieving the knife and not getting responses, next report the post in the original sales thread to the mods and they should contact him.

That's messed up. Being late is one thing(which I dislike greatly) but being late/not sending a knife and not responding to emails (which I detest) is a whole different ballgame.
 
I just PMed him with a link to this thread. He seems to be pretty active as a seller here. Not a likely candidate for fraud.

I have sent him an email and he hasen't responded yet...
He hasen't contacted me since I sent the knife,
that was 6-7 weeks ago... If he truely didn't get his
knife,I'll make good of it... Look me up on the forums,

I have done trades with Seager and everything went very well, and I was extremely happy with the knife I received. It was a pleasure doing business with him, and I would not hesitate to trade/buy from Vern again.
I hope everything works out with your shipment... it could still be held up in customs.

It looks like you didn`t receive my email and Bladeforums message.
Yes, the knife was shipped to my US exporter`s address, but not delivered.
I waited about 1,5 months because shipping from my exporter`s address to Russia takes about 2 weeks.
After the payment was send I was sure all is O`k and just waited for Specwar.
So, I didn`t receive it in first exporter`s package, also in second and third (about a 2 week interval between packages).
Then I asked him to send me the list of knives he has received to this day and no Specwar there too.
So, all I want to get is tracking number.

Knife (and tracking) still missed but I`m sure all will be done correctly, sorry about all this.
 
Seems not only international shipping makes possible troubles :(
Hope your knife were shipped tracked and insured.
