here is a vid of a knife i made that is on a private passaround. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8q_eMwRaHYg a member that goes by unit made the vid and he is the second person to get the knife. it has only been stropped a little to bring back the shaving sharp edge (after this vid was made) but that was it.

Most of the knives that I and my son use are Spydies, like Delica's, Para 2's, etc. Some of them dont appear to be as sharp as they should be when received new. Is it worth resharpening or touching up somehow? I hear alot about micro beveling to make sharper or reprofiling. What kind of sharpening would you do?

Just got my knives back from Richard after taking him up on this offer. I must say, I don't think I understood what a sharp knife was until now. His work is stunning. His turn around time is super fast as well. I sent my knives on Monday and was causing strange bald spots on my arms and paper shavings on the floor by Saturday.

Richard is also a great guy to talk with. Before he does anything he calls you up and has a conversation. I urge anyone needing a knife sharpened to take Richard up on his services. I have given his info to everyone at my agency.

bump for any new guys :D

This is my first time seeing this! What a great thing to do my friend! :D I am not a service man but I preach three services a week! :) Thanks for everything you do!! We all appreciate you!
My prayers are with you!

Nice offer. I hope some of these folks take advantage of it.

I did, and am glad of it. I had screwed up the edges on a pair on Hindrers well bwyond what I could fix, so I sent them for a trip back to the States. Richard made them into razors again.
